National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child , a Samaritan’s Purse project, runs through Nov. 24 with nearly 5,000 drop-off locations open nationwide. Oklahomans can pack shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies and personal care items for children in need .

Operation Christmas Child has collected and delivered shoebox gifts to children worldwide for more than three decades. In 2025, the organization hopes to collect shoeboxes to help reach a global goal of 12 million children. The project partners with local churches worldwide to deliver these expressions of care.
