While it's too soon for most forecasts, the Old Farmer's Almanac published its Christmas weather travel outlook for 2025, and it's looking like cold weather is in the cards for much of New England this December.

Whether you're traveling by land or air, the week of Dec. 25 is one of the busiest travel periods of the year. And with colder weather in the mix, travelers should plan for extra time on the roads or at the airport, the almanac said.
