City of Surprise Vice Mayor Nick Haney and Lisa Everett, Arizona LD29 Republicans chair, were among the crowd attending a Nov. 13 open house held at Asante Preparatory Academy, 23251 N. 166th Drive in Surprise, where attendees gave more feedback regarding a study on improving that northwest Valley stretch of US 60/Grand Avenue between 163rd Avenue and Loop 303, which has about 60,000 vehicles per day commuting.
