BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - About a month after a cyber incident hit the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance, new details have been released.
The incident froze phone lines, jammed emails, and left investors with serious questions. The investors were locked out of their accounts managed by LOSFA.
