Rex Ryan tore into Shedeur Sanders on ESPN following the rookie’s regular-season NFL debut on Sunday.

The fifth-round pick got onto an NFL field for competitive action in Week 11, having spent his entire time with the Cleveland Browns behind Dillon Gabriel, either as a third-string or second-string quarterback.

He replaced Gabriel in the third quarter of Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens, with the Browns up 16-10, but could not maintain the momentum and saw them off to a 23-16 loss.

The former Colorado star did not give a great account of himself, throwing for 47 yards and an interception on 4-of-16 passing. He also coughed up a fumble on a sack, though it did not lead to a turnover.
