As spokesperson for Sei Less, the restaurant outside of which New York Jets star Kris Boyd was shot, has responded to claims that they are not cooperating with police.

Boyd and a group, including two other Jets players, were patrons at the high-end Manhattan restaurant on Sunday morning. According to the New York Post, they left just moments before the shooting took place outside, with the cornerback sustaining serious injuries.

The establishment has been accused of not cooperating with the NYPD and refusing to hand over any security footage.

They have since made a statement to the Daily Mail, refuting the claims.
