OGDENSBURG, New York (WWNY) - Ogdensburg resident Patrick McMillan doesn’t need to go far to help the community.
“I’ve donated stuffing mix and macaroni, and I see that’s been taken,” he said.
He has donated 3 times to a small but mighty pantry that’s just across the road from him. It was put up two weeks ago by the Farrell family on their property.
“I didn’t expect it to take off as quick as it did, but there’s a need for it, and I’m glad people are using it,” said Savannah Farrell.
It sits at the corner Lake and Oak streets. The community is welcome to take items or donate to the collection.
