NFL fans are praying for former Cleveland Browns star quarterback Bernie Kosar after he underwent a successful liver transplant procedure on Monday.

Kosar was supposed to undergo a liver transplant procedure last weekend but it was delayed because of a setback. However, on Monday he received a new liver.

“Hey, I’m out and I’m feeling good,” Bernie Kosar posted in a video on X . “Just ready to enjoy the rest of the week and the rest of our lives."

The replies to the video were filled with NFL fans passing along prayers and best wishes to Kosar.

“Praying for you Bernie. Stay Strong!!” said one fan .

“Sending all the prayers and healing vibes your way," added another .

The 61-year-old Kosar had been on a liver transplant list for more than a year before receiving one on Monday.
