JLL ’s Hotels & Hospitality group announced today the sale of the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, a premier 1,003-room convention center hotel in the heart of Arizona’s capital city, marking one of the largest hotel sales in Arizona’s history. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
