A developer is planning 95 apartments on a Cambridge site it bought from Lesley University.
The project, at 28-30 Wendell St., is planned by the nonprofit Homeowners Rehab, which is proposing an eight-story building with 40 units for seniors and 55 units for families. It is also planned to include a 1,000-square-foot community space for residents and neighborhood groups.
