BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Rouses Markets announced today a significant expansion across Louisiana and Mississippi, with the acquisition of 10 Winn-Dixie store locations from Southeastern Grocers, LLC (SEG), parent company of Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket.

The acquisition includes stores in both Central and Gramercy, Louisiana. The transition to Rouses Markets is anticipated to be completed in early 2026.

Each of the acquired stores will be rebranded under the Rouses Markets banner.
