Paris Hilton is speaking out about a controversial rumor.

The 44-year-old responded to reports that alleged that late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein 's girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell , who is serving 20 years in prison for federal sex trafficking, had once met her at a party and wanted to "recruit" her.

"I don’t even remember ever meeting her," Hilton told The Sunday Times Magazine in an interview published on Nov. 15, adding, "I’m such a good clickbait name."

In 2000, a then-19-year-old Hilton and Maxwell were photographed together with now-President Donald Trump —who was friends with the hotel heiress' famous family for years and founded the T Management modeling agency that she was signed to at the time—at the Anand Jon Fashion Show in New York City.
