WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Two websites focused on Baylor University sports are at odds over royalty payments from a licensing agreement when the two sites merged in July 2017.

The owners of BaylorFans.com filed a lawsuit last week alleging breach of contract and fraud against the owners of SicEm365.com. The suit, filed in Waco’s 170 th State District Court, seeks damages of more than $250,000 but less than $1 million.

Waco attorney Mason Dunnam, who represents BaylorFans.com, declined comment on the pending litigation.

Sean Urich, a Dallas attorney who represents SicEm365.com directed KWTX to a statement owners Ashley Hodge and Colt Barber issued Monday about the lawsuit. They said their company has “acted in good faith to comply with the contract and strongly denies all of BaylorFans’
