FRANKLIN PARISH, La. (KNOE) - The Franklin Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a man who is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material involving children.

FPSO arrested Vandal Kent, 45, on nine counts of pornography involving juveniles. His bond is set at $9 million.

Franklin Sheriff Bryan Linder said the material allegedly found in Kent’s possession involves children “under the age of 13 and much younger.”

Linder said an investigation into Kent started with a tip submitted to his office.

The Office of the Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill and the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation helped FPSO in the investigation.
