This game sure looks out of place in prime time, doesn’t it? The Dallas Cowboys are 3-5-1, the Las Vegas Raiders are 2-7, and yet this is taking up national television time? Unfortunately, this couldn’t get flexed out since it’s not within the Monday Night Football flex window, but maybe it’ll be entertaining because the Cowboys and Raiders don’t exactly have great defenses.
We’ve been watching the Raiders fairly closely given Pete Carroll and Geno Smith are the head coach/quarterback combo in Vegas, and so far it’s been an abject failure with a sprinkling of disaster. That duo went 9-8 twice in Seattle but 9-8 is not happening for the Raiders this year.
