MARION OAKS, Fla. (WCJB) - A man from Ocala has been arrested by FDLE officials in connection to the murder of a UK woman.

According to FDLE officials, they were contacted by INTERPOL after a missing woman failed to appear on her return flight to England on Oct. 13.

On Oct. 17, her remains were found in Marion Oaks and officials soon concluded she had been murdered.

On Monday, Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dwain Hall, 53, who had been previously charged with credit card fraud and unlawful use of a two-way communication device, and charged him with first-degree murder and kidnapping.
