If you thought last year’s Wicked press tour was emotionally exhausting, buckle up, because the one for Wicked: For Good is turning out to be equally as chaotic. On Monday, it was announced that the newly brunette Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo would not be doing any interviews at the New York City premiere on Monday night. Why? Because Erivo is sick and Grande is standing with her in solidarity, of course.

“Unfortunately, Cynthia is not feeling well and has lost her voice, therefore she and Ariana will not be doing interviews this evening,” Universal said in a statement to People . Thankfully, the two will still pose for photos on the red carpet. How could they be this close to the Gershwin Theater and not show out?
