Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, who is 34 years old, is set to make history as one of the city’s youngest mayors in more than a century.
It was his campaign messaging that galvanized younger voters, who were fed up with the status quo of the Democratic establishment.
Morris Katz, who served as a senior adviser to Mamdani, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to talk about the mayor-elect’s success, especially with the youth vote.
