BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WKOW) -- A firefighter was treated at the hospital for minor injuries after responding to a duplex fire in Beaver Dam.
Firefighters were called to the duplex on North Spring Street around 2 p.m. Monday, according to the Beaver Dam Fire Department.
Crews were able to quickly put out the fire once they arrived. Beaver Dam police also responded.
During the fire, officers rescued a dog from an adjacent part of the duplex. This section of the building was not involved in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
