LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - An Omaha grain dealer says they are filing for bankruptcy.
According to Hansen-Mueller Company, the move is to address its current financial challenges.
License was recently reinstated
Hansen-Mueller filed for protection under Chapter 11 today after earlier this month Nebraska’s Public Service Commission reinstated the grain dealer’s license.
The company had its license temporarily suspended in October after it was accused of failing to make payments on demand.
Hansen-Mueller operates in several other states.
