Tyson Foods asks Springdale to back bond issue to raise up to $127 million to buy, renovate shuttered Cargill plant

SPRINGDALE -- Springdale officials on Monday backed the issuance of Act 9 industrial bonds to allow Tyson Foods to purchase the now-closed Cargill facility at 730 E. Randall Wobbe Lane.
