Lowell short-term rental along Ash Street gets OK despite concerns of neighbors

LOWELL -- A property owner will be allowed to use property on Ash Street as a short-term rental despite several neighbors showing up to Monday night's Lowell Planning Commission meeting in opposition to the idea.
