ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - All southbound lanes of I-575 were briefly closed in Cherokee County after a crash Monday evening.

The crash happened on I-575 at Sixes Road.

The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened at exit 11.

Lanes were back open just before 9:15 p.m.

Another accident happened in the same area in July .
