Princess Catherine has shared a personal message as she reflects on change.

The royal posted a new video on November 15 as part of her seasonal web series, revealing this episode was dedicated to “reflection, growth and deeper connection”.

The video marks the start of autumn and is the third installment in the series, which celebrates the changing seasons throughout the year.

“Autumn — a season of reflection, growth and deeper connection. Embrace the beauty found in change as we prepare for winter’s rest,” Catherine captioned the video.

The footage shows Catherine walking through a forest with chef Gill Meller and interacting with children from Farley Junior Academy in Luton, UK.
