The video of a November 4th arrest by an Albany police officer quickly spread on social media after a bystander captured it on their cellphone. Monday evening Albany's Chief of Police Brendan Cox updated lawmakers about the investigation of an officer involved in an excessive force complaint. The video circulating on social media shows the officer punching a woman on the ground while trying to handcuff her and then shoving another person after.
