ODU DE Trinidad honored by Sun Belt

Old Dominion defensive end Kris Trinidad earned Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance in ODU’s 33-0 win over Troy. He registered five tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles.

Virginia’s Fisher Camac, J’Mari Taylor and Trell Harris were named the Atlantic Coast Conference’s Defensive Lineman, Running Back and Linebacker of the Week, respectively.

Camac had six tackles, two sacks, 2.5 tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry in Saturday’s 34-17 win at Duke. Taylor rushed for 133 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. Harris posted career highs of eight catches for 161 yards and scored a touchdown as he earned his second weekly honor this year.
