BATAVIA — The annual Trans Day of Remembrance vigil will be conducted Thursday at Batavia First Presbyterian Church.

“This year’s Trans Day of Remembrance is especially heartfelt,” said board member Barb Morrissey of GLOW OUT! in a news release. “Any loss is difficult, but ... Sam Nordquist, so close to here, it feels heavier.”
