Following the opening of a Sheetz at Courthouse Landing earlier this year, two more businesses are now operational at Courthouse Landing.
Restaurant chain Panera Bread and Virginia Credit Union have both recently opened outposts at the 124-acre development taking shape in Chesterfield.
Panera opened a 3,200-square-foot location last week at 6741 Courthouse Landing Lane, following its $1.5 million acquisition of the land for the soup-and-sandwich shop earlier this year.
The restaurant has a drive-thru and is staffed by 55 to 60 employees, according to a company news release.
