CLEVELAND, Ohio — With the NBA spotlight shining on Cleveland Monday night, Donovan Mitchell shimmered.
Playing on Peacock, one of the league’s new streaming platforms, Mitchell led the Cavs to a second straight win, beating Central Division rival Milwaukee, 118-106, at Rocket Arena. Cleveland has won three of its last four.
“I think our talent level is such that we can still eke out wins like this, but we all know collectively, we gotta do better,” Cavs coach Kenny Atkinson said. “We’ll look at it, we’ll analyze it. My job is to help them help smooth this thing out. Again, I don’t want to seem doomsday here. You get a win in the NBA, it’s tough. But we know we can play better.”
Forty-eight hours after Atkinson lamented a lack of juice from his team, Cleveland got off to another slugg
