COLUMBUS, Ohio — Three people are dead after a house fire near Reynoldsburg early Monday morning. A woman and a young girl were also injured.
Crews with the Columbus Division of Fire were called to a house in the 2911 block of Freedom Trail, located south of Tussing Road, around 2:15 a.m.

Columbus Battalion Chief Jeffrey Geitter said there were four adults and a girl, who was a toddler, inside the house when the fire broke out. A woman jumped out of the window and the child was thrown out.
One adult was found dead inside and two others were pronounced dead after being pulled from the house, according to Geitter.
The girl was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in critical condition. The woman was taken to Mount Carmel East and her condition was described as stable.
