On November 9, 2025, three ISIS terrorists arrested by Gujarat ATS were kept as undertrial prisoners in Sabarmati Jail. Today, Ahmed Syed got into an altercation with three other inmates, who then beat him. Police have arrived at the jail and launched an investigation into the assault and its cause.

According to information received from the jail, the three terrorists held in the undertrial barracks, Ahmed Syed argued with three other prisoners. Following the argument, these three prisoners beat Ahmed Syed. During this, the terrorist sustained injuries to his eyes, face, and other parts of his body.

Consequently, he has been taken to Civil Hospital for treatment. Ahmed Syed's statement has been recorded, and a complaint has been filed against the three other prisoners.
