Suffolk County Police today arrested three men for selling tobacco and vape products to people under the age of 21 during compliance checks at multiple businesses in the Fifth Precinct today . In response to community complaints, Fifth Precinct Investigative Unit officers checked four businesses for compliance with laws related to the sale of tobacco products and arrested employees at three of the stores. The following people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor • Cuma Teber, 27, of Port Jefferson Station, an employee of Husco Gas Station, located at 700 South Country Road, East Patchogue • Heriberto Velez-Sotero, 31, of Islandia, an employee of Mo’s My Smoke Shop, located at 201 Route 112, Patchogue • Davin Garrison, 40, of Me
