Middleton police asking public to avoid area of Lakeview Park

MIDDLETON, Wis. — The Middleton Police Department asked the general public to avoid the area of Lakeview Park for "law enforcement operations."

The alert came at around 8:33 a.m. Tuesday. People have been asked to avoid the area until further notice.

Officials will provide additional information as it becomes available or until the alert is canceled.
