ST. PAUL, Minn. — Three Rochester agencies are among the 39 organizations receiving a total of $4.8 million from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). The Youth at Work Opportunity Grants Program targets youth of color and youth with disabilities who are economically disadvantaged or at-risk.
