FRAMINGHAM, Mass. —

A 39-year-old man is expected in court Tuesday in connection with a deadly assault in Framingham, Massachusetts.

The Middlesex District Attorney's office said a video shows Craig West approach Ozel Sari, 64, alongside another person Saturday evening. They said West attacked Sari and ran off.

Sari died at the hospital on Monday. A cause of death has not been announced.

West faces charges of assault and battery.
