PLYMOUTH, Mass. —

The trial for Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury, Massachusetts, mother accused of killing her three children , has been delayed.

Earlier this month, Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, asked that the trial be pushed back from Feb. 9, 2026, until at least May, citing government evaluations for Clancy. Both sides agreed upon July 20, 2026.

Her legal team also asked for a change of venue, but a Plymouth County Superior Court judge denied that request.

Clancy was indicted on three counts each of murder and strangulation in the 2023 deaths of her 5-year-old daughter Cora, 3-year-old son Dawson and 7-month-old son Callan.
