PASCO — Okanogan’s Landin Evans placed fifth individually to lead the Bulldogs to a fifth-place team finish in the 2B boys race, while Liberty Bell claimed third overall, at the WIAA State Cross Country Championships held Saturday at Sun Willows Golf Course.
