An eight-month pregnant woman from Tehri tragically died while being transferred to a higher medical facility after her referral from Beleshwar Community Health Centre, according to officials. Neetu Panwar, 24, was initially brought to Beleshwar CHC after her health worsened. The lack of regular prenatal check-ups had resulted in severe swelling and high blood pressure, necessitating a transfer.
