DEDHAM, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Brian Walshe, the Cohasset man accused of killing and dismembering his wife, has changed his plea on two counts related to the case: misleading police and improper conveyance of a human body.
Walshe’s father’s accused him of killing and dismembering his wife Ana around New Year’s Day in 2023.
Prosecutors allege Walshe disposed of his wife’s remains in dumpsters around the area, and that it was his interference that led to the destruction of his wife’s remains.
Jury selection for the trial on the murder charge is now set for Wednesday.
The judge won’t sentence him on the lesser counts until the trial is over.
