Sean “ Diddy ” Combs could be spending a lot longer behind bars depending on what a newly launched West Coast probe unearths on the much-accused former mini-mogul.

As the Bureau of Prisons this week extended the Bad Boy Records founder’s time in the clink, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has revealed it has opened an investigation into allegations of a 2020 sexual battery by Combs against a music producer.

“We received an official copy of the police report from the Lago Police Department on Friday November 14, and Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations,” a spokesperson for the Robert Luna-led department told Deadline this AM.
