A 40-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly threatening several people with a gun.

According to a booking sheet, police arrested Chad Allen Johnson in the 700 block of Shoshoni Street at 3:18 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Johnson was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with aggravated assault and battery - causes or attempts to cause serious bodily injury to another intentionally, knowingly or recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Initial Court Appearance

On Wednesday, Nov. 12, Johnson was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charge.
