FARGO — Rep. Julie Fedorchak, R-N.D., joined nearly all members of the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday, Nov. 18, in supporting a resolution to compel the U.S. Justice Department to release its files related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein.

The House sent HR4405 to the Senate by a vote of 427-1. Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., was the lone vote against the resolution.

Epstein is a convicted sex offender whose criminal activities have been widely linked to other prominent figures, including Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton. Epstein's 2019 death in a New York prison was ruled a suicide.
