All of Pennsylvania’s U.S. House members voted to release the Jeffrey Epstein files in the nearly unanimous bipartisan outcome on Tuesday.

“Longer than most anyone else, I’ve continually called for transparency in this dark chapter of our history,” said Republican Rep. Scott Perry of the 10th Congressional District in a statement to PennLive.

“While I maintain concerns about the lack of victim protections in this bill, for the sake of our citizens’ trust in due process I voted yes to underscore my demand that we know all of the sordid details about Jeffrey Epstein’s actions,” said Perry. “I hope that the Senate makes appropriate improvements to ensure victim protections.”

Other regional Republicans were quiet on their vote.
