The Little Rock School District offered a first glimpse Tuesday of what would become the district's westernmost high school -- a 27-acre footprint in west Little Rock.
Slated to open by fall 2027, Pinnacle View High School is located on Ranch Drive and will accommodate up to 1,200 students, the majority of which will funnel through Fulbright, Don R. Roberts and Terry Elementary Schools, as well as Pinnacle View Middle School, which sits next to to the new site.
The three-story, seven-wing facility will span 320,000 square foot and will include 24 classrooms, 44 specialty rooms and a 913-seat performing arts center and choir room. The site will occupy part of what is the former Little Rock West High School of Innovation, which has since merged with Hall High School.
