A New Jersey man is facing two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to having images of children being sexually abused, according to the New Jersey District Attorney's Office.
Officials with the Department of Homeland Security went to the Lanoka Harbor home of John Mangan, 79, on Oct. 29, 2024, with a search warrant when they found an electronic device that had more than 250 pictures showing child sexual abuse, officials said.

Mangan pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and a judge sentenced him to 120 months in prison. He was ordered to also serve five years of supervised release and to pay restitution to victims.
