SOUTHEAST MISSOURI (KFVS) - A local healthcare organization is hosting a food drive and fundraiser to benefit two nonprofits.

EBO MD has started a new campaign, Community You Can Count On, to support local families.

The initiative includes a food drive for the Southeast Missouri Food Bank and a fundraising partnership with the United Way of Southeast Missouri.

Throughout November, EBO MD will collect non-perishable food donations at its four clinic locations in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Fredericktown and Poplar Bluff.

Donations can be dropped off during regular business hours through Tuesday, Nov. 25.

A live broadcast with River Radio will be held at the Cape Girardeau clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 25 to celebrate the campaign’s final day of collections.
