SRINAGAR : The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar, in connection with FIR No. 87/2022, registering offences under Sections 209, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The chargesheet names six individuals as accused, including Pathan Majid Ahmad Khan of Sopore, Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Mudasir Yousuf Wani, Ghulam Mohammad Reshi, Bashir Ahmad Dar—all from Sopore—and Anoop Mishra from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
