LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Two people are without a home after their mobile home caught fire in Lexington County, near Chapin.
When fire departments arrived at the scene in the 1400 block of Old Lexington Highway they saw smoke showing from the eaves of the home.
The fire was quickly brought under control according to officials.
Two people were displaced.
The fire is currently under investigation by the Lexington County Fire Investigation task force.
No one was injured.
Lexington County, Irmo, Columbia-Richland Fire, Newberry and Little Mountain fire departments responded.
