TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Charles M. Bland has been denied parole and will remain in prison another 10 years.

According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, the 72-year-old claimed to be a professor, doctor or scientist to children before molesting them. County Prosecutor Dennis Watkins classified Bland as an "all-around child predator". His victims are reported to have been as young as 6-years-old.

The prosecutor's office said Bland would print counterfeit degrees and diplomas as part of the lies he fed neighbors and nearby children of the Suburban Trailer Park in Trumbull County.

Bland plead guilty to rape, gross sexual imposition, pandering obscenity involving minors and other charges related to child pornography in 2013.

The next parole hearing for Bland is scheduled for August
