Detroit — The Detroit Pistons continue to roll. Their victory over the Indiana Pacers on Monday night extended their winning streak to 10, the franchise’s longest since the 2007-08 season.
Jalen Duren was the main attraction with arguably his best career performance, notching 31 points on 12-of-13 shooting, 15 rebounds and three assists. Daniss Jenkins continued to prove why he was in consideration for Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors, recording a career-best 26 points and seven assists.
However, quietly putting together an impactful performance in the background was Javonte Green. He scored 20 points off the bench on 7-of-11 shooting and provided the Pistons with solid two-way play with four rebounds and two steals.
Green’s performance against the Pacers wasn’t an anomaly.
